ICC Guidelines on Gifts and Hospitality

Policy document prepared by the ICC Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-corruption.

The ICC Guidelines on Gifts and Hospitality provide guidance for companies on how to establish and maintain a policy relating to Gifts and Hospitality, based on the most recent international, regional and national rules and guidance, as well as on commercial best practice. These include the UK Bribery Act Guidance, the Resource Guide to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials in International Business Transactions, and the ICC Rules on Combating Corruption.
